Privacy policy
Belluma is a photo editor for Android, published by Belluma Labs, the trading name of its independent developer (“we”). Your photos are edited on your phone and never sent to us. There are no accounts and no ads.
What we collect
Crash reports and diagnostics. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service of Google, to find and fix bugs. It sends crash details, app usage and device information, and IDs that Firebase creates for this copy of the app, which are not linked to your identity. One of them is your Support ID in Settings. Google processes this data for us and deletes it after 90 days. Details: Firebase privacy information.
Purchases. Google Play handles payments, and we never see your payment details. Google gives us order records, which we keep as long as tax law requires. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Emails. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to help you.
We use this data to keep the app working, sell you packs and answer you (legitimate interest, contract and legal obligation under GDPR Art. 6). We do not sell it or use it for advertising. It is processed by us, Google and our email provider in countries outside your own, including the United States.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to it is limited to us and the providers named above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. For crash data, include your Support ID. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything the app stores on your device, except the photos you saved, which stay in your gallery.
Children
Belluma is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
